Low Carb Candy

The low carb phenomenon has shifted and dieters are scarfing down low carb candy. But it is not all fun and games up in here. If you don't finish your low carb meat, you can't have any low carb candy, just remember that.

Low Carb Candy Would Just Be The Best

The low carb candy phase

You have to love a craze that has gotten so out of hand that people are now talking about low carb candy and everything that it can do to help you out. I can never seem to get enough of this low carb phenomenon that has swept the nation.

  1. As a matter of fact, I can recall going on several lunch dates with friends that were in the midst of the low carb diet revolution.
  2. Naturally, I understand how the low carb diets work physiologically speaking, but it never ceases to amaze me the way these dieters are forced to eat.

For instance, last time I when to have lunch with a friend of mine, he began with an entire basket of buffalo wings. Since he was still hungry, he had a burger with no buns followed by yet another burger patty - no buns. I joked with him many times that this diet appears to be the most unhealthy and greasiest thing I have ever seen. He agreed but also mentioned that it worked wonders for him. Later I also joked how someone should design a diet where al you eat is candy all day. We shared a laugh and went on our way. Several months later, I came face to face with my living joke - low carb candy.

The phenomenon of low carb candy

Today, even household names have capitalized on candy as a tremendous low carb food. A great example is Russell Stover. For some time now, they have been making low carb candy. They are not the only ones involved. I am just so shocked. It has never been easier to find low carb candy gifts baskets than it is today.

Shortly thereafter, another friend of mine explained to me that the new low carb candy is simply a variation on the old power bars and work out candies that bodybuilding enthusiasts eat. It made perfect sense, except now it was being mass-marketed. I can't say that I disagree with the bizarre low carb candy revolution, but until someone invents the beer revolution, I am not interested.
