Low Carbohydrates
The most important thing when it comes to dieting is the food -- and exercise. But without the right food, you may not have the energy to exercise. But what kind of food should you eat? Many say foods with very low carbohydrates are good. But the only problem is that when you subtract carbs, you leave behind calories, the same thing you're trying to burn off. Make sure you have a diet plan constructed by an expert. The last thing you would want to do is try to diet on your own and not know what you're doing.

I know how to count my carbohydrates and know how to tell if I have had too many or too little. It's great knowing how to diet, rather than doing it blindly and possibly doing it wrong." Geri
When it comes to low carbohydrate diets, you have to know when to eat what. Sometimes you need to eat foods with low carbohydrates to balance out the rest of your diet. Sometimes, you may need to eat a little more. Either way, there has to be a set plan. No one can jump into a diet blindly and have it be successful.
