"When it comes to low carbohydrate diets you never know what to expect. Before I started my low carbohydrate diet, I thought the food I was going to be eating was gonna be nasty tasting and sickening. But that was not the case. There are many types of low carbohydrate diets with great tasting food. No longer do you have to sacrifice good taste for healthy eating. A lot of the food you won't even be able to tell is diet food. They taste the same as normal food with some slight changes in the ingredients. My favorite food just happens to be steak. I thought once I started this low carbohydrate diet I would have to give it up, but I didn't. I found some recipes with steak...low carb recipes. I had no idea low carbohydrate diets could be so flexible."

"I've tried two low carbohydrate diets. The first one didn't do anything for me. It was a diet where I had to give up bread and pasta and anything that tasted good. But then I found some more low carbohydrate diets. One in particular caught my attention. It was as flexible as a diet could get.
