	<title>Good Carbohydrate</title>
	<description>
Dieting is a tricky thing, and figuring out your nutrition and what to eat can be even trickier. There are so many things to consider when it comes to setting up a diet plan. It's like you have to take a nutrition course just to eat. You're expected to know about carbs and glucose and fats and everything else you thought you would never see again after 8th grade biology. You have to know the difference between a good carbohydrate and a bad carbohydrate, what they do, and how often you should eat them. To this day, most people don't know what a good carbohydrate or bad carbohydrate is. That makes it all the more difficult to decide if good carbohydrate diets are better than low carbohydrate diets. (What the heck is a good carbohydrate diet anyway?)

Good Carbohydrate, Bad Carbohydrate
"To tell you the truth, I don't know the difference between a bad or good carbohydrate, except that one takes longer to break down than the other. But with the help of this web site I'm sure I can find the answer. All I know is that ever since I was in elementary school there has been so much talk over which are good carbohydrates and bad carbohydrates. It makes dieting a lot more difficult when you have to take all of this into consideration. It's too much like a math problem. I'm using this site as my guide." Billie

When it comes to dieting, knowing your facts is a great help. Knowing how to tell a good carbohydrate from a bad one has its advantage. If you know what you're eating and why, it makes your diet make more sense, rather than just going in blindly. Each carbohydrate plays a role -- and so does every other component -- so it's best to know what each component does and how it affects your diet. Learn the difference between a good carbohydrate and a bad carbohydrate. Enjoy your diet." Mallory
